Hey, I’m Cole—founder of Saxon Barbell and a coach who actually gives a damn.

I help beginner and struggling powerlifters break through confusion, fix their form, and finally start making progress they can feel proud of. No fluff. No ego. Just real, tailored coaching for people who want to lift better, not just heavier.

I’ve worked with lifters who felt completely lost—unsure if they were even doing the basics right. Now, they’re hitting PBs, feeling confident under the bar, and actually enjoying training again.

I’ve been there too: frustrated with plateaus, second-guessing my programming, wondering if I was just “bad at lifting.” That’s why I coach the way I do—clear, hands-on, and focused on what actually works.
